OSV is a high-performance CSV parser for Ruby, implemented in Rust. It wraps BurntSushi's excellent csv-rs crate.
It provides a simple interface for reading CSV files with support for both hash-based and array-based row formats.
The array-based mode is faster than the hash-based mode, so if you don't need the hash keys, use the array-based mode.

camera calibrations and more! mrcal is a photogrammetry toolkit that provides improved methods for making and using camera models (calibration, tracking, mapping, etc). Currently the focus is on calibration and uncertainty propagation, but more methods will be added with time. It was originally built at NASA/JPL to generate the high-accuracy calibrations demanded by long-range stereo, so it provides facilities to analyze calibration accuracy and to propagate and report uncertainties.
Sigstore is an open source project for improving software supply chain security. The Sigstore framework and tooling empowers software developers and consumers to securely sign and verify software artifacts such as release files, container images, binaries, software bills of materials (SBOMs), and more. Signatures are generated with ephemeral signing keys so there’s no need to manage keys. Signing events are recorded in a tamper-resistant public log so software developers can audit signing events.
